1- This has been going on since yesterday?
2- Any falls or accidents?
3- Diarrhea?
4- How many times has she vomited?
5- What was in the vomit?
One of two things are going on with her; She either has musculoskeletal pain (back pain) or she has abdominal discomfort (pancreatitis, foreign body, etc.). Both conditions can present with vomiting and pain as she has been demonstrating. I would recommend that you have a hands on exam by a veterinarian and possible bloodwork, and xrays.
Depending on the underlying cause will determine the treatment. In the meantime, I would advise you not to feed her for the next 12 hours; no food or water. This will allow her belly to rest and stop the vomiting. Can give Pepcid AC 0.25 mg per pound body weight every 8-12 hours. After the 12 hours offer a small amount of white rice and chicken with no bones. If she is able to hold it down then feed this for several days then wean into her regular diet.
