Hi there,

Is this for allergies?

How much does your dog weigh?

Customer: replied 8 years ago.

40 lbs.

Hi there,

The dose I would start with for your dog, per body weight is 5mg every 12 hours.

We may be able to increase the dose if needed as your dog is right on the edge of the dose range...but I would start with 5mg every 12 hours to see if that is effective.

The above is given for information only. Although I am a licensed veterinarian, I cannot legally prescribe medicines or diagnose your pet's condition without performing a physical exam. If you have concerns about your pet I would highly advise contacting your regular veterinarian.
