It has left me stranded twice due to the car not trying to start but all lights and radio works but act as if has no battery. This is a 2012 Journey. Dealer thinks it is due to cold weather. I see from other reviews this is a common problem with this car
JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: I had the dealer check everything, I suppose they did.they assured me that the battery was fine
JA: Are you fixing your Journey yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: NO I wouldn't even try. The dealer said they thought it was due to the cold weather.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just if this is fixable
