I have a 1998 Dodge Intrepid in it won't start it turns the key on You Hear The Ding Dong The Alarm keys locked the doors and it's something is just not starting the car what is the problem
JA: Can you turn the steering wheel at all? And what about the key? Is it worn or damaged?
Customer: Yes i can and no the key is not damaged
JA: Are you fixing your Intrepid yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No I'm not fixing it in my baby daddy is a mechanic and it was starting with the shutdown relay we thought that was a problem but another one of them then bought a brand new battery and that was it now is not starting
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
