the small solid green wire running from the alternator to the pcm no power alternator not charging battery light come on

Customer: no power at all

Here is the wiring diagram and some testing procedures but the first thing I recommend is retrieving the trouble codes.

I would do that. If you have a autozone or advance auto near you they should retrieve them codes for free. Write them down and give them to me.

Didn't you get a message that said, "Payment for this service failed, please do not fulfill yet. We will attempt to reach this customer to fix the situation", or something similar to that because that is what I read.
