20111 dodge 1500 misfiring #3 changed spark plug and coil pack still miss firinging under load hasa tap under load gets faster with as engine revs up

Customer: i clear the code it wont go on and miss fire untill i get it under load close to 4000 rmp 2011 dodge 1500 laramie 5.7

The noise you hear is a valve train issue. Compression is being lost slightly due to a lifter/tappet issue.

the top end of the motor needs to be dismantled so an inspection can be done.
