Went to open vehicle (2001 Dodge Dakota SLT 5.9) with remote

Went to open vehicle (2001 Dodge Dakota SLT 5.9) with remote key, would not 0pen had to use key, no pwr. windows, locks, or headlights, no interior lights, radio works, turn lights work, could it be a fuse? replaced ECM last year and now have a check engine light on, need to re-flash ECM module?
JA: Does the light stay on, or does it blink?
Customer: Stay on.
JA: What year is your Dakota?
Customer: 2001
JA: Are you fixing your Dakota yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Last year I changed out ECM module and everything was fine, past 4 months I have had a constant check engine light 0n, tried to reset but after a few miles came back on
