Replaced TPS sensor and still having problems getting full

Customer Question

Replaced TPS sensor and still having problems getting full throttle.
JA: Which particular sensor are you asking about? And have any trouble codes been triggered?
Customer: Throttle position sensor. I believe the code showed 922.
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 1998 1/2dodge ram 3500
JA: Are you fixing your Ram yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes I replaced it myself. I checked the inline voltage to the sensor. It idled 2 volts
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: That is all at this time
