JA: Do the vents feel cold? Is there a coolant leak?
Customer: no leaks a/c is charged
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 2001 Dakota
JA: Are you fixing your Dakota yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes done all the above but can't figure out why no flow

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

You may have a few things going on depending on the exact symptoms. If the blower motor isn't working then the problem is electrical. If it's actually working yet there is no airflow then you have a physical blockage in the heater box.

Do you hear the blower motor running but there is no air from the vents?
