Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

Your dealer or this site can supply the radio code if you don't have it but that's not related to the no start condition. There are quite a few things that can cause a no start condition and its going to require some testing to determine what is going on.

What specifically happens when trying to start the engine?
You mentioned it broken down on the side of the road. Please elaborate.
