JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: Yeah, brand new battery
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.7 Hemi
JA: Are you fixing your Ram 1500 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I woukd like to fix it myself, in quite handy with vehicles, but I haven't diagnosed the issue yet so I haven't tried repairing it

probably one of the exhaust manifolds has broken a stud. Happens quite often, but then you have to replace the manifold as it will start getting pitted on the contact surface.
