Customer Question

My 2007 Dodge Caliber sxt is making a whining noise in the front left side of my car. I have had the water pump and belt changed recently
JA: Has the vehicle ever overheated? And when was it last serviced?
Customer: It has never overheated and it was serviced 3 months ago
JA: Are you fixing your Caliber yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No, I take it to a mechanic and they took it for a test drive and they are saying that possibly a transmission problem but transmission not slipping
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No
