same as previous question , removed dash to replace A/C evaporator and now no cruise or O/D
JA: Have you checked the Freon level?
Customer: a/C serviced and works as advertised
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 01 Ram 3500 5.9 Diesel
JA: Are you fixing your Ram yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: checked all fuses and vacuum lines
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Hi this is Barry and I would be happy to help. When you changed the power steering pump did you remove any of the throttle linkage system above the pump?

Ok. I suspect that there is an issue with the brake pedal switch then. Was it removed or adjusted when the dash was out for the dash was out. Those switches can go bad and still work the brake lights but not send the correct signal to the pcm.
