trying to figure out how to get the heating system to go from vent to defrost cause right now it only blows out the vents
JA: When it comes to this particular vehicle, have flat tires been a problem in the past?
Customer: no
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 1999 dodge durango slt
JA: Are you fixing your Durango yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes i'm trying. not to much. just took things apart and put back together not sure check the heater switch trying to get back to defrost mode
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I checked the vacuum lines they seem to be ok

Hello, my name is ***** ***** I will assist you today. Is the floor/defrost actuator vacuum motor moving the lever when you switch modes from floor to defrost? If not, do you feel vacuum on the vacuum hoses at the actuator when switching modes?
