Hello and welcome!

My name isCustomerand I can assist you with your question.

Expert:  Amedee replied 8 months ago.

I will try my best to answer all of your questions.

However, before we get started, please let me mention a few things.

1. If at any point you would like to speak on the phone, please feel free to request a phone call on your end and I can call you right away.

2. If you dont understand any technical terms or anything that I mention (component tests or theory or operation), please let me know and I will provide you with a more in debt explanation or answer.

3. Please understand that I am here to help you anyway I can.

Can I start by getting your VIN?

Thank you!!

Why do you need vin? Just asking cuz I'm afraid of doing things online. Is the fuse 50 amps?
Expert:  Amedee replied 8 months ago.

I understand your concern. We could speak over the phone and you could give me your VIN that way if you don want to post it on line. I do have a lot of customers that post their VIN on line all of the time and dont have any issues, but I still understand your concern.

The reason for the VIN is to pull the correct wiring diagram for your vehicle to provide you with the most accurate answer as possible. I can also check for TSB's and recalls using your VIN.
