JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: yes one under hood and under the dr side by the door
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 95'dodge ram 1500 magnum
JA: Are you fixing your Ram 1500 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: well we've did the batterie/alternator test , needed a alternater, new battery. new fuses. put in a new coil box yesterday and spark plugs ?
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
