Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the light comes on initially but goes out it is often due to a servo circuit issue. You've replaced most of the components in the circuit so there isn't alot left as far as dedicate cruise components other than wiring. The problem may not be directly related to a cruise component however, there are many other seemingly unrelated things that can disable cruise.

The first step in diagnosing the problem is to use a scan tool or code reader to see if any fault codes are setting. Have you checked for codes?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
checked codes I had a p1595

If it is wires is there a schematic I could use
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 8 months ago.

This code could be caused by quite a few things.

Do you have a scan tool to actuate the servo solenoids?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
No I don't have that kind
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 8 months ago.

Do you have a digital voltmeter and test light?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I have voltmeter and light
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 8 months ago.

The first thing you'll want to do is unplug the servo and start the engine. Have a helper press and continue to hold the cruise button to the on position. Is there power on the dark blue/red wire?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
If no power then what if they hit on button should light on the dash come on???
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 8 months ago.

You're not concerned with the light. You're holding the button to see if there is power at the servo. If there is none then it will need to be tested at the PCM connector.
