I just got the 2003 dodge Grand Caravan ex or xe and it cranks has fuel but no fire. Shot some starting fluid and fired dor a short period. What up ?

Customer: I'm good. 2003 dodge grand caravan ex cranks but no start and run. Has gas . Tried starting fluid and starts. whats up

Customer: it does not start.

Customer: it has fuel and crank but it does not run. Tried start fluid and starts for a fue

Customer: checked the fuse for the fuel, tried changing the fuel relay with one along side of it
