2011 caravan front heater, Blower motor not working. Fuse

Customer Question

2011 caravan front heater b
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: Blower motor not working. Fuse panel says 30 Amp fuse. All 30a,p fuses are good. None of the speeds work. Is there a relay somewhere?
JA: Are you fixing your Caravan yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes fixing myself. Would low coolant level disable the heater fan? First I ever heard of that happening in 45 years.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Nope

Check for voltage at the blower motor connector, if you have voltage, replace the blower motor. If no power I would look at the resistor or a switch problem. Possible wiring harness issue.

I can send you a wiring diagram of the blower motor circuit if you would like.
