Your ASD relay gets its ground from the PCM (computer) are you sure that when the wire was melted that it did not take out the PCM?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
The ground wire that was melted went to the chassis wiring in harness have a feeling it is either o2 sensor or transmission solinoids am gonna check pin 51 and 57 on ecm
Expert:  Ron replied 9 months ago.

Okay then I would also check power and ground to the PCM and ohm the ASD wire from the PCM to the relay. See the steps to do this in the link below.

See the System wiring diagram in this link for testing reference .

Pin 57 has no power when ign switch is on pin 51if I probe with a test light you can hear relay click pins 3 9 11 and 12 all do what they are supposed to
Expert:  Ron replied 9 months ago.

All your doing when you probe it is adding a ground . Have you check your power and ground to the PCM?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
power is at pin 3 and 9 and ground is at 11 and 12 they checked out good
Expert:  Ron replied 9 months ago.

It sure sound to me like you PCM has failed if you have power to the ASD relay.

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I agree

T he ASD supplies battery voltage to the fuel pump, fuel injector, ignition coil, generator field winding and oxygen (O2S) sensor heating element. The ground circuit for the coil in the ASD relay is controlled by the powertrain control module (PCM) The PCM operates the relay by switching the ground circuit on and off. Im thinking if the HO2S circuit was shoted out it caused the PCM to short out as well.
