recently wrecked my 98 ram 1500 on right side replaced hub tierod end steering pump pitman arm and a few other parts, started it up and still can barely turn steering wheel what else could I have damaged?

Hi Im David, you bent the inner tie rod end where it goes into the rack n pinion. possibly damaging the cylinders inside the rack.

It sounds as if you're experiencing lack of power steering assist if you're able to turn the wheel when off the ground. The most likely cause for lack of assist would be the pump itself.

What was the reason for replacing the pump?
Where did the replacement come from?
