Hello. I removed the valve body on a 2002 chrysler town and country. There are two pistons and three springs that came down also. I'm aware to where they go. Then there's a large gold spring also. I have no idea to where it goes. Can you help. Thank you.
JA: How many miles are on the car? Have you noticed any leaks lately?
Customer: No there are no leaks. 228,000 miles. Im changing the transmission range sensor
JA: Are you fixing your Town and Country yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes I am. I've gotten as far as lowering the valve body
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: A diagram would help. Thank you

there are 2 different Transmissions

31TH & 41TE
Here is Diagrams of the Valve Body for common "31TH"
