Hi there.

If everything looks OK underneath and neither the module nor its connector was disturbed, then I don't think you caused the issue; instead, I'm willing to bet there is a glitch in the computer programming as addressed in technical service bulletin 18-012-13 (see attached excerpt). To get this issue resolved, just take the truck to your local dealer and tell them you need the flash update as per the TSB.
