I have a 1996 Dodge ram 3500 purchased used and had an aftermarket alarm. Recently lost the fob and truck is dead due to the alarm. I followed some instruction about the valet switch but that was to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello and welcome to just answer. Try this: Disconnect the negative battery cable, then turn on the ignition switch. Reconnect the negative battery cable. Now see if it will start. Let me know.
