JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: coolant and hoses hot going into heater core
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: heater core flushed ok

Ok, does your Grand Caravan have manual or automatic climate control?

Does it have separate driver and passenger side temperature control?

Does it have separate rear heat and if so, is it blowing hotter than the front vents?
