The problem is the fuel pump relay is sticking in the TIPM which is the fuse box under the hood. You have 2 options to repair this.. You can either replace the TIPM or install the external relay package that is in the bulletin addressing this issue. It's a common issue we see at the dealership and either way will resolve your issues.. I have attached the bulletin which shows the part number as well as directions to repair it..
