I changed my battery, it's turning over and not starting up.

Customer Question

I changed my battery, it's turning over and not starting up. I think I need to reset the anti theft system, how do I do that
JA: Have you changed a battery before?
Customer: Yea, it did the same thing and the dealer ship reset it for me last time. But they are closed right not
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 03 Durango
JA: Are you fixing your Durango yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I just replaced the battery, it's been out for about a day, just checked the fuses and connections pretty much My grandfather said it was probably the anti theft
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Should be all
