JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
Customer: consistant, I have a banks power chip (six gun) that shows that I have no power the turbo is working normal
JA: What year is your Turbo?
Customer: 2003
JA: Are you fixing your Turbo yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I don't believe it to be a turbo issue
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: there is a drain hose on the passenger side of the engine compartment that is draining more water then usual

There are many possible causes for a loss of power. It could definitely be an issue with the turbo, a boost leak, lack of fuel pressure or several sensor related issues can cause power to be limited.

The first step in diagnosing the problem is to use a scan tool or code reader to see if any fault codes are setting. Have you checked for codes?
