Condensation dripping onto passenger side floor of my 2013

Customer Question

Condensation dripping onto passenger side floor of my 2013 Ram 1500 sport.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Tried blowing compressed air into the drain tube and installed a longer drain tube over the factory nipple, ran it down to the frame rail supposedly to create a suction on the line.
JA: How long has this been an issue? How many miles are on the car?
Customer: Started about two weeks ago. 78000 miles.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Doesn't seem to leak when the truck is sitting still idling with the ac on. Only starts about 20 mins after driving with ac on. Also plenty of water draining out through the drain tube.

are you able to see where is coming out of the AC heater box? it is possible that the AC box has a crack in it somewhere. if it were me, I would remove as much on that passenger side as I could run and try to identify where the water is coming from. maybe driving it for 20 minutes allows it to back up to a point where it runs out of a hole in the system.
