Good evening and welcome to JustAnswer!!

My name is ***** ***** I have worked for a Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep dealership for 19 years and I will do my best to help.

If it will not come on at all then give it whack with your fist and see if it starts working. If it doesn't then you will need a test light to see if it has 12v and ground.. If yes then replace the blower motor, if it doesn't have 12v and ground then reply back with your VIN so I can give you the wiring diagram to locate the issue..

If you need anymore assistance feel free to reply and don't forget the RATING before leaving the site!!

Have a great day,
