my 2016 viper gtc ta 2.0 had a thermostat fault code, the dealer replaced it and two weeks later its on again. could it just be a computer update needed?

Customer: no. i had the dealer replace the last thermostat and now its on again

Hello and welcome to just answer. Usually it is a thermostat, but apparently not in your case. The other thing That I have seen on these engines is a coolant temp sensor that is reading a temperature that is too low. There may be a software update, so have them check that and the coolant temp sensor.
