JA: Hello. What is your issue regarding?
Customer: ram 2003, keeps blowin nr 32 fuse
JA: Do all the fuses have the correct amperage for the circuits they're in?
Customer: no front parking light and no rear tail light
JA: Are you fixing your Ram yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: it shorts out immediatelly, the 30A fuse keeps getting hotter and hotter and eventually shorts out also
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: yeah, we are fixing it ourselves

issue solved, it was parkin lamp wire soldered to ground wire from previous owner
