I have a 2011 Dodge journey and it says service keyless system so I can't touch the handle to get in or the button on the handle
JA: Have you checked the fob's battery?
Customer: yes
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I haven't tried anything yet besides the battery I've checked fuses and stuff but that was it
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: It happened after I got it out of the body shop
