Trying to hook up an aftermarket radio, but i'm not getting

trying to hook up an aftermarket radio, but i'm not getting any power
JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: the factory radio still powers on
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: there's no fuse on the aftermarket one...
JA: What year is your Dodge?
Customer: 2009
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I think it has something to do with the CAN IHS BUS +/- cables
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I have the ground connected..I have the 12v Battery connected I DO NOT have the ACC/ignition (red) wire connected

Hi. You should connect the ACC wire first. The battery is always constant to it for clock, memory, etc... You need the ACC wire connected for the radio to work. CAn yo try that and let me know?
