Hi there. My tail lights, turn signals, and gauge lights went out
JA: Have you checked the bulbs? Have you checked the connection?
Customer: Bulbs are fine. Fuses are fine
JA: What is the model/year of your Dodge?
Customer: 94 ram 1500
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Replaced fuses...thats about it
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: My tow light harness was cut off

If fuses are good this could be a wiring issue but is more likely to be the headlamp switch or a connection issue there. It wasn't uncommon for the connections to overheat at the switch which will cause wiring and terminal damage and then a poor connection.

Are you able to remove the headlamp switch and check for heat damage to the connector?
