There is a test you can do using a pair of jumper cables to verify your ground circuit is intact. Would you like to try this?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.

Have you verified that the engine will rotate by hand/wrench?

If you have a badly leaking injector your engine can hydrolock

Jump power straight to the positive start terminal on the solenoid.

Expert:  David Gieswein replied 11 months ago.

Can the crank pulley be rotated?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
it does
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Could it be the ECM
Expert:  David Gieswein replied 11 months ago.

Have you jumped 12volts to the small start terminal of the solenoid? Not an ECM issue

The next step would be to remove the starter with the wires still attached if possible and try to start to verify the starter circuits are good. You will have to ground the starter by using your jumper cables. If the starter works when you try to turn the key then something mechanical is jammed.

I understand this task my be hard but the results will prove valuable in the troubleshooting process.

Expert:  David Gieswein replied 11 months ago.

If you decide to remove the starter don't forget to disconnect the negative of the battery
