My Dodge 3500 15 passenger van (2001) is lighting up the

Customer Question

My Dodge 3500 15 passenger van (2001) is lighting up the transmission temperature light on the panel, and I don't know why.
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: The indicator lights behind the steering wheel.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Well, I'm not mechanically inclined so I don't intend to do anything major. I just checked my coolant and it was low. I keep having to fill my engine coolant, but I don't think that is normal.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I don't think so.
