Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the front windows have both stopped but the rears do work then you may have a switch or wiring issue, bad window motors, or if you have express windows you may have a door module issue. The windows are controlled by modules if you have express windows. Either way it will take some electrical testing to determine what the issue is.

Did both windows stop working at the exact same time?
Can you elaborate on exactly what problem you're having with the doors?
