Hello, my name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today. I have seen this before, and the problem is an internal PCM failure. The PCM (engine computer) is responsible for energizing the ASD relay and if it is clicking rapidly, then it has failed. The only other thing I have seen cause this is damaged wiring (rodent damage). If you see no wiring damage then have the PCM replaced.

If you want to replace it yourself, then let me know and I will send you the procedure on how to replace it.
