Customer: The ac compressor is not leaking the clutch is turning not locked up but ac isn't getting cold during charging.
JA: Has the clutch been slipping? Are you having any trouble shifting?
Customer: 1999

It does not have an orifice tube. It has an expansion valve which is located at the firewall on the passenger side of the engine compartment. The ac lines go to it at the firewall.
