You may have a faulty vacuum switch on top of the transfer case or a vacuum leak. First, check for vacuum leak at the main vacuum port on the transfer case. If your vacuum is good there, then try switching the t/case to*****and check for vacuum at the front diff actuator. If there is no vacuum you will need to trace the vacuum harness until you find the leak...
