those codes have nothing to do with ignition timing, and you can't see the timing it's controlled completely by computer, all you can do is set a sync signal and you need a scan tool for that

okp0351 is Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit MalfunctionSymptoms of a P0351 DTC may include: MIL (Malfunction indicator lamp) illumination Engine misfire may be present or intermittentPotential causes of a P0351 code include: Short to voltage or ground on coil driver circuit Open on coil driver circuit Loose connection at coil or broken connector locks Bad Coil or Faulty Powertrain Control Modulep1391 is Cam Position Pensor(CMP) or Crank Position Sensor (CKP) Signal Intermittent Condition. this is USUALLY a cam or crank sensor failing mostly a crank sensor BUT with a 15 year old vehicle a cam sensor can be bad as well (NO CHEAP SENSORS HERE use a very high quality sensor no discount store sensors or you WILL be chasing your tail)Possible causes- Timing belt or chain stretched or jumped NOT super common but with an older vehicle it MUST be considered- Faulty Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor - Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor harness is open or shorted- Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor circuit poor electrical connection. p1494 is Evaporative Leak Detection Pump Pressure Switch malfunctionPossible causes- Faulty Leak Detection Pump (LDP)- Leak Detection Pump (LDP) harness is open or shorted- Leak Detection Pump (LDP) poor electrical connection- No vacuum at the leak detection pumpyou're very limited on the description of the problem with this truck what is it doing?
