Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

Depending on when you're hearing the noise you most likely have an actuator issue on the heater box. The doors are all operated by electric actuators and actuators can sometimes fail in a way that they do not shut off when a door reaches full travel and they will then click. This is most often caused by the recirculation door actuator but could be any.

Can you describe exactly when you're hearing the noise?
