I have a 2007 Dodge Magnum 5.7l v8 It will start and idle

I have a 2007 Dodge Magnum 5.7l v8 It will start and idle but gets no response from the gas pedal. They have replaced the TPS the throttle switch, the actual pedal and the MAP sensor. They cannot get any voltage for throttle. Any suggestions?

Ok, lets start with a simple check.

Can you remove the connector for the pedal and check the voltage at the connector?
