When undercarriage gets wet , shifts into 4wd on its own.

It sounds like you have a wiring issue and I would start by disconnecting the transfercase to see if water is in the connector then start tracing the harness to see if you have any spots where it's rubbing the frame or transmission.. The TIPM which is the fusebox under the hood controls the transfercase and if it gets wet it can cause this issue..

Then you most likely have a wiring issue and you will need to start opening up harness's until you find the short..
