Hello and welcome to just answer. If the power is good, then it is probably not a turbo. I have seen lift pump issues cause this. Make sure the fuel filter and fuel quality is ok. If so, suspect the lift pump. Below is a Star case that discusses this. Read this information.

I hope this helps, and have a Merry Christmas!

Case Number918735461

Vehicle IssueNo Power, Poor Fuel Mileage. Check Transfer pump Operation.;Check the fuel transfer pump operation. Reference TSB 14-002-03. When replacing a transfer pump inspect the line between the transfer pump inlet quick disconnect and the pump inlet banjo fitting for a ball bearing in the inlet banjo bolt. Remove the ball bearing if there is one there. It will cause a inlet restriction that is undetectable when checking inlet restriction.

System or ComponentFuel Economy,Lack of Power / Sluggish,Loses Power;Customer Concern (No DTCs);Fuel Pump / Transfer Pump,Group 18 - Vehicle Performance / Driveability;Yes - Intermittent,Yes - Continuously;Fuel Pressure Low,Fuel Volume Low

RecommendationReplace the fuel transfer pump.
