have you done a tune-up yet?

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

Specifically spark plugs?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
changed plugs and wires cap and button
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

What did the old spark plugs tell you? Were any black with soot, did any smell like gasoline, were any burnt, etc specifically those in question?

Have you done anything else such as a new fuel filter, check the ignition timing, etc? Please tell me everything you have done/checked.

When did these misfiring cylinders occur?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Started about 2 days ago. Had new exhaust put on about three weeks ago
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

Ok, so the misfiring was there before the new spark plugs?

Any other work done?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
that's why I tuned it up

Here is what I would do, check the fuel pump pressure, change the fuel filter and have the fuel injectors cleaned and then clear the codes and see how that goes.

Did you try all that?
