The Intrument Cluster and AC/Heater Control lights became dim in spots on my dad's 02 Ram 1500. Also when it passed 15 MPH the cabin lights come on and it would alert us that a door wasn't closed. Would like a little help as to whats the problem please.

Try to take the - and + battery cables off and touching them together to reset the control module.
