Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

The air may be entering the system in quite a few places. It could be coming from the transfer pump itself, one of the lines at the engine, or it could be from the engine back to the tank. I've also seen leaking fuel filter housings on these. It takes a minuscule leak to allow drainback or air to be drawn into the system while running and an external leak may not be present.

Was the line from the tank all the way to the engine replaced with a Mopar replacement part?
