Customer Question

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2 that I was working on installing a light bar. I hadn't run any power yet and I went to get go a part and it won't start. No power at all to the instrument panel or the OBDII port. I've checked every fuse and relay.

Hi, welcome to JustAnswer!. This is Ed.

Help me understand your situation a bit more...

Do you have electrical power or function any place at all? Or is it just the cluster and OBD port that's affected?

Does the engine crank?

Have you checked battery voltage right at the posts or tried a jump start/ jumper box?
